Isis GESI

Isis GESI is a non-profit organization that works to empower women and girls in developing countries through education and economic opportunities. They focus on providing access to quality education, economic empowerment, and leadership development for women and girls.

Isis GESI is a multi-disciplinary artist, educator, and activist based in Oakland, California. She is a graduate of the California College of the Arts and has a Master of Fine Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College. Her work focuses on the intersections of art, activism, and education.

Isis GESI is a leader in the Bay Area art and activism scene. She is the founder of the Oakland-based collective, The Black Aesthetic, which is dedicated to creating and curating art and events that celebrate the beauty and power of Black culture. She is also the co-founder of the Black Arts Movement Business District, a project that seeks to create a space for Black-owned businesses in Oakland.

Isis GESI is an advocate for social justice and has been involved in a number of projects that seek to empower marginalized communities. She is the co-founder of the Black Women’s Arts and Activism Collective, which works to create a safe space for Black women to express themselves through art and activism. She is also the co-founder of the Black Arts Movement Business District, which seeks to create a space for Black-owned businesses in Oakland.

Isis GESI is a passionate educator and has taught at a number of institutions, including the California College of the Arts, the University of California, Berkeley, and the San Francisco Art Institute. She is also a mentor for the Youth Speaks program, which provides mentorship and support to young people interested in creative writing and performance.

Isis GESI is a powerful voice in the Bay Area art and activism scene. Through her work, she seeks to empower marginalized communities and create a space for them to express themselves through art and activism. Her work is an inspiration to many and she continues to be a leader in the fight for social justice.
